Adds assets/mail/hoppe-home-mail-banner.png (the (H) mark + wordmark, black/white/red, 1020×240) and assets/mail/joern-hoppe-avatar.png (240×240 signature avatar).

The CEO e-mail layout in hoppe_email_kit.py (Codebox branch claude/ceo-email-theme-2026-09-30) links these over HTTPS at …/raw/branch/main/assets/mail/… so nothing is attached to the mail (Jörn, 2026-10-01: "Do not attach the pictures!!!"). Both URLs already return 200 image/png on this branch.

(H) mark and the brand; the avatar is used only in the signature.
