a4458a4890 Reskin site in Hoppe.home dark brand, add AI ecosystem section and XING link 
Applies the Hoppe.home maroon/navy visual identity (glowing H mark, red
gradient CTAs, glass cards) across the whole page. Adds a new "AI &
Ecosystem" section describing the private AI/infrastructure platform
built and operated day to day, and adds the XING profile link alongside
LinkedIn.
