The CEO mail layout links these by HTTPS so nothing is attached. Banner carries the
(H) mark and the brand; the avatar is used only in the signature.

Joern HoppeandClaude Sonnet 5 fdc879f09b Add hero portrait (pixel-art, DHL ocean freight desk) 
Framed portrait next to the hero header text, responsive (stacks above
the text on mobile), matching the page's existing dark red/card
aesthetic. Also wired it in as the og:image/twitter:image for link
previews.
