Project Guidelines

1. All project repos belong to Hoppe-home, never to personal accounts.
2. Both donnyandjoern-debug and Joern@Hoppe.home should be members of Hoppe-home to collaborate.
3. Use GitHub Issues and Projects boards to track progress.
4. Keep repos clean: descriptive names, a good README, and a license.
5. Archive repos when a project is complete and no longer maintained.
