Align homepage with Joanna's own identity, move company page to about.html

Browse Source 
Joanna's page is now the site's front door, matching the professional
tone of joernhoppe.github.io, instead of a generic Hoppe.home overview
with Joanna relegated to a raw README link. The prior homepage content
is preserved at about.html and linked from Joanna's page.
