About me
Family-first leader with a 15+ year career in logistics, supply chain, operational excellence, and Lean transformation — while building a warm life in Germany with Joern and Joschua.
I am Donny Yeu: a logistics and operational excellence professional, Lean transformation leader, and people-centered change maker. My background is grounded in freight management, contract logistics, warehouse operations, Lean deployment, KPI design, and cross-border operational improvement. I have built systems that reduce waste, improve service, and help teams work with more clarity. Today, I am applying that same discipline to AI-first work: an agentic webshop concept, an AI-assisted rental platform, and operational automation that brings process intelligence into commercial decision-making.

Agentic means AI is not just answering prompts — it can coordinate tasks, evaluate context, trigger actions, and support business decisions across operations, customer flow, and process management.
We are building an agentic webshop concept that combines product flow, customer journey logic, workflow automation, and operational visibility so the business can move faster without losing control.
We are creating an AI-assisted rental platform for the rental business, bringing finance, planning, operations, and tracking into a single practical system with decision support at its core.
Remove non-value-adding steps, reduce motion, improve flow, and make work easier for people and customers.
Use data, metrics, and process discipline to reduce defects, stabilize systems, and increase reliability.
Small, daily improvements create durable momentum. Improvement is not a one-time event — it is a habit.
Kaizen means continuous improvement. It is the habit of making small better changes every day, often with the team closest to the work.
Muda is waste. In Lean, waste includes waiting, overproduction, defects, excess motion, transport, inventory, and unused talent.
Gemba is the real place where work happens. Lean leaders go to the process itself to observe, ask questions, and understand the true problem.
Poka-yoke is mistake-proofing. The idea is to design processes or tools so errors become harder to make or easier to catch.
Six Sigma reduces variation and defects so performance becomes more stable, predictable, and customer-friendly.
Start with the customer, define the problem clearly, measure what matters, understand the process, and build a culture where people are empowered to improve.

After my experience with cancer in 2021, I moved back to Germany with my family and chose to focus on creating a calm, resilient, and loving home. My current work is centered on family, care, and building a stable life for Joern and Joschua — while still carrying forward the discipline, structure, and growth mindset I developed in my professional career.
